David Szauder is a media artist born in Hungary, who now resides in Berlin, Germany. His innovative works have gained international attention, featuring on the Washington Post front page and at prestigious events and museums, like the Ars Electronica Festival and the Ludwig Museum Budapest.
David focuses on utilizing AI to create post-photography works that challenge traditional perceptions and offer fresh insights into the digital age. His pieces often blend dreamlike imagery with hyper-realistic details, influenced by his admiration for early 20th-century artists. Through his art, David reflects on his personal experiences, emotions, and the philosophical questions he contemplates, imparting a unique, authentic quality to his work. He frequently employs irony to process and express the anxieties and tensions he observes in society.

In Tango in Wonderland the artist is looking for the connection between technology, in this case artificial intelligence, and socially sensitive topics, social sensitivity. Artificial Intelligence as an imaging approach is slowly becoming accessible to everyone; indeed, we could say that this slice of technology is present in our everyday lives. The key question is whether we can structure this technology in such a way that it conceptually serves certain sensitive topics.
